Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items

All prom dresses and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Due to the special occasion nature of these items, we do not accept returns for any reason, including sizing concerns or change of mind.

Order Accuracy & Defects

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
